Raghda Abdelmaksoud is the CEO of Ebers Consulting LLC, in New Jersey USA a consulting firm, managing feasibility studies, and business development projects in the United States, the Middle East, and Africa. Raghda’s expertise goes back to 25 years of global experience working in the Flavors & Fragrances industries. She worked as a Supply Chain Manager for the company Fridal Egypt, a leading fragrance manufacturer, then became a Global Business Development Manager for Kalustyan Corporation, overseeing operations and daily ongoings in the United States, Albania, and Turkey. Raghda has a strong background in procurement in Logistics, Business Development, and Project Management. Her journey has been instrumental in helping a substantial number of companies improve internal efficiencies when it came to decision-making processes, company structures, and cost savings.
Raghda holds a Bachelor’s degree in English literature and arts, is a Certified Project Management professional from Cambridge, and is a certified Supply Chain professional from UCC.
Raghda is also a guest presenter for TCNJ MBA program’s “Global Operations and Supply Chain” course.
