PerformLine and the TCNJ MBA program recently partnered on a Natural Language Processing Initiative. Last week Michael Gibney, Director of Client Solutions at PerformLine, connected with Business Analytics students enrolled in our Text Mining course to kick off the PerformLine challenge! For their final term project of the semester, Text Mining students will be partnering with PerformLine and leveraging Natural Language Processing techniques to analyze trends and insights from Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) consumer complaint narratives. “We are so excited to partner with PerformLine on this project, and can’t wait to see what our students discover while tackling this real-world business problem.“, says MBA Director, Stephen Tomkiel.
