Stephen has spent the better part of the last decade serving The College of New Jersey and developing a passion for Higher Education. He started his TCNJ career working for the Office of Admissions shortly after earning his B.A. from The University of Delaware, and went on to earn his M.A. at The College. Motivated by his professional and academic experiences at TCNJ, Stephen is currently a doctoral candidate in Rowan University’s Ed.D. Higher Education Leadership program, where his research focuses on issues of access and equity affecting low-income students. Beyond his career and scholarly pursuits, Stephen is an avid runner, skier, and gamer.
