Jason has over 25 years of experience as a finance and operations executive in the managed business services industry. He has served in CFO and COO roles in organizations of all sizes ranging from large Big 4 / Big Bank to domestic middle market companies. Jason’s skillset is focused on strategic planning, operational effectiveness and organizational change management, along with extensive corporate governance experience leading and advising service organizations.
Jason is currently the CFO for the Corporate and Legal Services (CLS) division at CSC Corporation. He is responsible for promoting financial discipline across the business unit and applying finance strategies that complement and maximize the value of the CLS business in support of CSC’s overall strategic goals. Prior to CSC Jason was the CFO at Global Tax Management (GTM) and also led the Shared Services function for the company. Prior to GTM he served as the Director of Operations for KPMG’s Global Mobility Services practice and was also Vice President of Business Management in JP Morgan’s Asset Management division, where he led business transformation projects and global programs for the organization.
Jason also serves as a CEO advisor and Board member for small and medium sized businesses, assisting them with strategy and growth planning. He is currently the Chairman of the Board for Potential, Inc., a regional school for autism based in Bucks County, PA. He also recently served as a member of Financial Executives International’s (FEI) Board of Directors as part of the trustee group responsible for FEI’s Education Foundation (FERF). Jason resides in New Hope, PA and enjoys spending his free time with his family, checking out the many local activities in their river town. He also plays golf whenever possible.
