Rich Minevich

Rich Minevich ‘08 is the Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development at Johnson & Johnson responsible for identifying and onboarding promising healthcare innovations, technologies, capabilities, and products in strategic areas of interest for the surgical ophthalmology business unit. Rich began his career at Johnson & Johnson in finance before rotating through roles in internal consulting (strategy development and business process innovation via design thinking approaches) and external innovation (expanding and scaling J&J’s life science incubator globally) prior to his current role. Rich holds a BS in Accounting from TCNJ and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
