David Palmieri

David is an award-winning Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Strategic Programs, and Global Business Services executive. He has produced more than $3 billion of expense savings, revenue lift, and business productivity at systemically important firms like JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, BNY Mellon, and Experian. As a global transformation and innovation expert, David partners with business executives to deliver lasting, positive change that improves customer experience, employee engagement, and bottom-line results. He is passionate about the growing adoption of GenAI, the Future of Work, and continuous improvement to deliver sustainable impact.

Specialty areas include:
• End-to-end process reengineering leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile
• Digital transformation through implementation of robotics and generative AI platforms
• Shared services and global business services operating model adoption
• Vendor management and third-party risk management
• M&A integration, change management, and organizational restructuring.

David is an active investor, board member, interim executive/consultant, and advisor to growing technology product and services firms. He’s a guest lecturer at The University of Pennsylvania and The College of New Jersey in areas of Transformative Change Management, Ethics and Innovation, and a member of the MBA Advisory Board of The College of New Jersey. In 2024, he was selected as a Senior Fellow of Everest Group, one of the world’s foremost research firms, focused on global labor trends and disruptive technologies. In addition, David is a member of the Global Advisory Board of SSON (Shared Services & Outsourcing Network) – the largest and most established community of shared services, global business services and outsourcing professionals in the world.

Given his deep subject matter expertise, he’s been featured on-air by Bloomberg, as well as in numerous webinars, podcasts, and conference events. Recent recognition includes Best Transformation Program (OpEx Week), Pinnacle Enterprise for Robotics, Best GBS Brand in India, Top Tech Employer in India (Everest Group), and Great Place to Work (globally since 2017). David holds the U.S. patent for a unique service and process methodology to distribute project management requests efficiently across resources.

David has maintained his commitment to learning and philanthropy. He is a master’s degree candidate in Organizational Dynamics at The University of Pennsylvania and has completed The Wharton School’s Executive Development and Harvard Business School’s Disruptive Strategy programs. As a graduate of The College of New Jersey’s business school, he continued his development by receiving advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) and Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner). David is a member of The Union League of Philadelphia whose philanthropic aim is advancing historic preservation, education, and scholarship.

David and his wife, Dawn, reside in the Rittenhouse Park neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They have two grown children – Ben and Erica. Interests include sports, live concerts, photography, travel, and wine.
